How long does this hair last?
This hair can last for a very long time with proper maintenance. The better you take good care of it, the longer you can keep and reuse!
Can I color this hair?
This is 100% virgin human hair that has not been processed. You can color the hair, however, once virgin hair is treated in any way, it is no longer virgin. It is also recommended to seek a professional when coloring hair as professional products give a better outcome and longer guarantee. Be sure to keep color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
How much hair do I need?
A full sew in weave would need approximately 2-3 bundles of hair for lengths 10-18 depending on how full the client would prefer. For lengths 20 and above, 3 or more bundles are recommended, also depending on the fullness preferred.
How do I maintain this hair?
-Use minimal styling products to avoid build up.
-AVOID ALCOHOL BASED PRODUCTS to avoid drying out your investment!
-When washing, do NOT massage like you would the hair on your head. Simply brush through with a paddle brush starting with your ends and working your way up.
-Be sure to rinse the hair thoroughly of shampoo and conditioner.
-For wavy and curly hair, use a spray bottle of water for natural look.
-For a "wet" look, we suggest a leave in conditioner and water. Dampen hair with water bottle, comb through using a wide tooth comb, and scrunch up to reform the curls. Let air dry and style as desired.
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is placed, there is a mandatory 24-48 hr payment processing period between that day and the following business day. Once your payment clears, your business days begin. Once we ship your order, you will immediately receive a tracking number to the email you provided us with on the 4/5th business day. Shipping takes an additional 1-3 days. You should expect your order 4-10 business days after its been placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping (for non-custom orders) is 2-5 business days which will ship straight from our factory in China. Once item is shipped, please keep track of your order through USPS as we no longer have control.
